Basket Case is the incredible twisted tale of siamese twins separated against their will and their bloody rein of terror over those that helped with the procedure. The score is minimal, grimy, and stinks of 42nd street before it was cleaned up. Obviously this is an essential piece of Grindhouse history that needs to be in your collection
